Objectives

The aims and obiectives of the TRUST shall be to promote and carry out any of the following public benefit activities as outlined in the Ninth Schedule to the Income Tax Act:-

Welfare and Humanitarian Activities
Education and Development
Health Care
Religious Bodies and Organisations who’s aims are consistent with the above.

Promotion of further education and training as defined In the Further Education and Training Colleges Act, No. 16 of 2006 whether provided by public or private colleges;

Provision of training for unemployed persons with the purpose of enabling them to obtain skills and employment.

Specific Objectives Of The Trust

The specific objectives of the TRUST shall be to:

Act as a “public benefit organisation” as contemplated in Section 10(1)(N) read with Section 30 of the Income Tax Act within South Africa and to establish funds as contemplated in that section In the form of: –
The General Fund, to be named as such, from the proceeds of donations and revenue received by the Trust, for the sole purpose of receiving donations, loans or investments into the general funds to be used for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the TRUST and/or in accordance with the primary goal of the Trust;
One or more Designated Funds, each to be named as required in clause 8 for the purpose of receiving donations, loans and investments into such designated
