The Ishwar & Laila Mangaroo Foundation Trust in partnership with Divine Life Society opened a high school block in Empangeni in early December 2023.

The Ishwar and Laila Mangaroo Foundation Trust in partnership with Divine Life Society donated funds for the construction of a four-classroom block at Khethimfundo Primary School. The school is located in Nkwalini, Mhubheni Reserve in Eshowe, under the Mthonjaneni Municipality. The additional four-classroom block will provide students with a safe and secure environment where they can further their education.

The Ishwar and Laila Mangaroo Foundation Trust in partnership with Divine Life Society donated funds for the construction The Ngunundu Creche and Skills Centre. The Center consists of a creche, hall and a skills development area. The multi-purpose centre will provide the local community with facilities that will improve access to early childhood development, a safe space for community meetings and other activities as well as a space to develop much needed skills to improve the livelihoods of community members.
